‼️Please make your payments BEFORE you submit your form‼️

💫 Orders will be cancelled without refund if you fail to follow my terms and conditions.

💫 I will not be going through orders one by one and confirming as I am quite busy too, therefore please double check you have filled all the details in correctly before submitting! (you will receive an automatic email copy of your responses though!)

💫 If you have carefully read everything and filled out the form correctly then your order will go through (unless I have contacted you otherwise)

💫 I hold no liability over damage due to transit / manufacturing error

‼️Back outs are strictly not allowed, if you do end up backing out a negative review will be written and you will be blacklisted/recieve a strike from future GOs. You also will NOT receive a refund.

‼️ If you fail to follow payment deadlines given (eg. international postage, domestic postage, any top ups etc) , your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

📍MERCHANDISE📍

💫All merchandise purchased through these group orders will be through the official website(s) for the product(s)

💫Due to the current pandemic, most orders will be an order done via a supplier, thus the prices of items listed on forms cover costs of: ITEM+INTL TRANSACTION FEE (if applicable) + domestic postage in kr/jpn

💫 I am NOT making any profit from this go in any way shape or form!!!!

💫 Merchandise will be bulk shipped out by the supplier in one go in order to reduce postage costs. This will be split between everyone who has joined the go.

💫 Items will be held for MAX 1 month unless:
1️⃣ You have contacted me and an agreement has been made.
2️⃣ Sorting takes a while (this usually is only applicable to album GOs) then the 1 month hold will be more flexible.

💫 In regards to sorting preference changes:
changes may be made according to the following deadlines:

Sealed ➡️ Unsealed: latest by the date the merchandise arrives
Unsealed ➡️ Sealed: latest by GO deadline

This is to ensure there is enough time for communication as dms/emails can easily be missed, so any last minute requests will be hard to make at times as I can easily unseal a sealed album, however I cannot seal an album back up after it has been sealed.

📍Updates📍

🚨Updates will be given on twitter: @TXTAustraliaGOs (primary), on my Facebook group and via email. It is up to you to check the updates. I will NOT be liable if you don't see the updates and miss any due dates/meet up days.

There is also a masterlist of the status for all the GOs running in my carrd linked in the bio for twitter and description in the fb page. Please check these places regularly.

++ You will only be granted access into the Facebook group once you've joined a GO

💫 I do NOT make any profit from running these group orders. My intention of running these group orders is to help other MOA's to be able to buy the merchandise at a more reasonable price (as possible).

💫 I'm quite busy with other commitments outside of running GOs too so please understand if I'm unable to respond immediately (and take quite a bit of time during extremely busy periods) and / or take a bit of time to sort & post for extremely large GOs (mainly just comeback album GOs) 🙏🏻

📍PAYMENTS📍

ALL payments must be completed in the correct currency chosen (AUD/USD) by the given due dates.

‼️Please don’t join if you are unable to commit to due dates‼️

Payment details in the forms!

📌Bank transfers📌

If you are choosing this option please ensure you send the money 3 days before the due date, as bank transfer usually take 1-3 days to process.

If your money has not been received by the time the order closes, your order will NOT be processed and your money will be refunded once it is available.

‼️Banks transfers can only be made in AUD‼️

📌PayPal📌

If you are choosing to pay via PayPal, please pay via F&F.
If you do however, would like to pay by G&S you must add an extra 2.6%+30c on top of the total cost to cover the fees.
If you are unsure of how to calculate the fee, please use a paypal fee calculator on google.

🚨If there are any fees in general you are also expected to cover them.

‼️Paypal transfers can be made in AUD or USD‼️

Please Note: If you continuously fail to cover g&s fees I have the right to put a strike against your name and/or decline you from joining any future GOs.

📍TOP UP’S AND REFUNDS📍

💫 In the case where the exchange rate has differentiated greatly to the initial given price, a second top up payment will be required.
You will need to pay this top up cost before receiving your merchandise. If you do not send the top up amount, you will not receive the item(s) and a refund will not be given for the item.

💫 If the initial quoted price is over the cost of merchandise + International shipping, the difference will be refunded to your chosen method of payment or held on and deducted from future payments (such as international/domestic postage)

💫 Full refunds will only be accepted if the suppliers/vendors have run out of stock, in this case the refund will be sent via your chosen method of payment.

‼️Refunds will NOT be given due to cancellations of orders.‼️

📍INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM KR TO ME📍

💫 Items will usually be shipped in batches (this is to avoid custom fees if its a large quantity)

💫 Postage costs will be split based on:
🅰️ Batch, meaning it may differ from batch to batch even if it's the same item.
🅱️ Weight/size of your item

🚨 If you fail to pay international postage by the consensus date you will relinquish all claim over your item(s) and NOT receive a refund

📍DOMESTIC SHIPPING/INTL SHIPPING FROM ME TO YOU📍

‼️Items will be held for max 1 month after arrival‼️

💫 After the goods have arrived, you will receive an email in regards to different shipping options (if available) and a quote.

💫 All orders will be packaged with adequate protection (in general approx 2-3 layers worth of bubble wrap, satchels, etc). Please note, I hold no liability over damage due to transit, therefore, if you think 2-3 layers of bubblewrap isn't enough, please let me know when it comes to domestic postage payment.

💫 If orders include posters, a poster tube can be provided (at the buyers expense) or can be folded. (If folded is chosen, I will do my best to fold with minimal damage)

🚨Please note🚨
💫 For soft items (such as plushies) or clothing items, they will be packaged without bubble wrap and be just put into a satchel by default as they're soft and won't get damaged from being thrown around in a satchel

💫 If domestic postage isn't paid by the due date (or 1 month if there isn't a due date) and you haven't contacted me, then you relinquish all claim over your items for failing to follow due dates.

📍MEET UP📍

‼️Items will be held for max 1 month after arrival‼️

💫There are no costs for Melbourne if meet up option is chosen

💫 Sydney will require a split domestic postage payment

💫An email will be sent out in regards to meet ups when the merchandise have arrived.

💫Meet ups are generally held in the CBD for both cities
A minimum of two meet up days will be available for you per week to pick up your purchase, if you cannot make any of these days or do not turn up; you must pay for domestic postage (see domestic shipping)

📌Please note: If things are NOT collected within 2-3 weeks you must pay for postage unless prior contact has been made.
